The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of major, high-profile projects. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale, complex projects across various sectors, including health, social infrastructure, and education.
You’ll play a key role in project execution, from design coordination to quality control, and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants to drive project outcomes.
- Oversee design management, proactively resolving design issues through both design and construction phases.
- Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes, identifying and mitigating risks early.
- Take ownership of commercial performance, including cost control, reporting and subcontractor management.
- Ensure high standards of quality assurance and environmental management across the project.
- Champion health and safety on site, driving a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with company and legislative requirements.
What We’re Looking For - Relevant building or tertiary qualifications.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale construction projects in a Project Manager capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Demonstrated experience across design management, programme delivery and commercial control.
- A proactive problem‑solver with the confidence to lead complex projects.
- A strong commitment to health and safety, leading by example on site.
