As we continue to grow our presence in New South Wales, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our pre-construction team, supporting our work-winning efforts and then transitioning into project delivery.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in pre-construction, working closely with our estimating and delivery teams to secure and plan projects, before moving into a delivery role once projects are awarded.

Key responsibilities include

• Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors
• Leading early-stage project planning and methodology
• Managing client and consultant relationships
• Overseeing risk, programming, and stakeholder communication
• Transitioning into delivery and supporting project execution
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development

About You:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality
