Your Role as Associate Designer

As a senior creative leader, you will:

• Translate briefs into exceptional concepts through space planning, 3D visuals, and high-impact presentations.
• Take ownership of project delivery — managing design integrity, timelines, and client expectations.
• Partner with business development to pitch and win new global workplace opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, build, and delivery phases.
• Stay ahead of the curve with trends in future workplace, sustainability, and smart materials.
• Travel occasionally for key project stages or client engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in workplace/commercial interiors, with a strong London or international portfolio.
• Conceptual thinker + delivery expert — equally comfortable in front of clients and contractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is a plus).
• Inspiring team player and natural leader.
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and shaping workplace strategy.
