Job Title: Interior Designer (Junior–Midweight)
Sector: Commercial Workplace Design
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 p.a.
Location: Greater London | Studio-based (commutable from South West London/Surrey)
 
Are you an interior designer looking to step up into a more creative and hands-on role within commercial design?
We’re hiring on behalf of an award-winning design studio specialising in innovative workplace interiors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-weight designer with 1–4 years’ experience to join a close-knit team working across a range of high-profile projects in the UK and abroad.
 
The studio is based just outside of London in a leafy location that’s easily accessible from South West London and surrounding parts of Surrey—ideal for someone who prefers a creative environment without the full London commute.
 
Your Role:

• Support the design team across all stages of the project—from concept through to completion.
• Produce drawings and technical documentation using Revit (essential).
• Contribute to design presentations, mood boards, and FF&E sourcing.
• Attend client meetings and occasionally act as a liaison between the design team and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tender packages and construction drawings.
• Work to timelines and budgets with accuracy and attention to detail.

 
About You:

• 1–4 years’ experience in commercial interior design, ideally with a focus on workplace or office fit-out projects.
• Strong portfolio showing design creativity, space planning and technical skills.
• Fluent in Revit, and confident using Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for commercial interiors.
