Freelance Senior Interior Designer
Location: Bangkok
Day Rate: THB 12,000–17,000

We’re hiring on behalf of an award-winning London-based hospitality group that’s expanding its reach across Asia. Their internal design team is now looking to collaborate with freelance Senior Interior Designers based in Bangkok to support a growing pipeline of luxury hotel and restaurant projects across the region.
 
The Role:
 
You'll be working closely—though remotely—with the London design studio, contributing to major international hospitality projects. From Bangkok, you'll help shape spatial concepts, develop technical packs, and coordinate FF&E, supporting the team across multiple time zones and markets.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support and lead design work from concept through to technical development
• Create detailed drawing packages in AutoCAD
• Develop 3D models and layouts using SketchUp
• Design and specify FF&E with strong regional supplier knowledge
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and local site teams
• Communicate effectively with the London team to align design direction

 
What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years’ experience in high-end hospitality interiors
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Based in Bangkok, with availability for occasional in-person meetings or site visits
• Excellent understanding of materials, detailing, and spatial flow
• Experience working on luxury F&B or hotel projects in Asia
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones

This is a freelance role with flexible working arrangements, ideally suited to designers who are well-organised, self-driven, and excited to contribute to globally recognised hospitality design from their base in Bangkok.
