We are working with returning Hudson clients in Nashville, Tennessee who are seeking a supplemental nanny to support their full-time nanny. This role comes with a unique but flexible schedule, and the family is open to structuring it in a way that works well for the right candidate.
Proposed Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM-8:00 AM and 5:00 PM-9:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM-11:00 AM

The family would ideally like to offer a 40-hour full-time work week, understanding that the hours are non-traditional. They are offering $50 per hour.
About the Family

• Three children: 3 years old, almost 2 years old, and a 2-month-old infant
• Mom is hands-on and involved
• A full-time Monday-Friday nanny is already in place
• No pets in the home

What They're Looking For

• An experienced nanny with a background in caring for multiple children, from infants to toddlers
• Someone seeking a long-term position
• A candidate who is local to the Nashville area
• Flexibility—if the proposed schedule isn't an exact match but you can accommodate most of the hours, the family is open to discussing adjustments
