Forward-Deployed Broadcast / Streaming Engineer Delhi (Hybrid / Client-Facing)
Full-Time
We are seeking a Forward-Deployed Broadcast/Streaming Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients on designing, deploying, and supporting live streaming workflows for high-profile live events, including sports and global media broadcasts
This is a highly hands-on, client-facing technical role where you will act as a trusted advisor — helping customers configure, optimise, and troubleshoot live streaming infrastructure in real time.
You will work closely with cutting-edge AI-driven media technology used to power large-scale streaming, localisation, and live broadcast experiences across global audiences
Role Overview In this role, you will support clients through the full lifecycle of live streaming deployments — from initial proof-of-concept (POC) setup through to live event execution and post-event optimisation.
You’ll work across encoders, cloud media services, and streaming protocols such as SRT, HLS, RTMP, and MPEG-DASH, ensuring stable, low-latency, high-quality video delivery under pressure.
This role requires flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and live-event support windows, as well as some travel (virtual and on-site).

- Partner with product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities
- Feed back real-world client requirements to influence product roadmap
Required Experience
- 3+ years in broadcast engineering, live streaming, or media technology
- Strong hands-on experience with encoders and streaming workflows
- Deep understanding of SRT, HLS, RTMP (MPEG-DASH preferred)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network/encoding issues under pressure
- Experience supporting live events or time-critical production environments
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
