Senior Program Lead - OTT & Video Delivery (LATAM) Location: Brazil (Rio de Janeiro preferred) | LATAM Region
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Lead to drive the delivery of large-scale OTT and video technology programmes across the LATAM region. This role sits at the centre of customer delivery, working closely with global engineering teams, product, architecture, and operations to ensure successful execution of complex technology programmes
The successful candidate will act as the primary delivery interface for key customers in LATAM, partnering closely with the LATAM Account Director to ensure strong customer relationships, seamless execution, and consistent delivery against commercial and technical objectives. This is a highly customer-facing, fast-paced role requiring strong leadership in ambiguous environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end technology deliver
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale OTT and video technology programmes across LATAM.
Manage cross-functional delivery teams spanning global engineering, product, architecture, and operations.
Act as the primary delivery interface for customers, working closely with the LATAM Account Director.
Ensure all programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations.
Own programme governance, reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation processes across multiple workstreams.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across the LATAM region.
Coordinate with global delivery leads to ensure alignment across technical execution and programme delivery.
Support commercial and account teams in customer engagement, change requests, and delivery assurance activities
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end OTT, video, or complex technology programmes.
Strong background in programme or project leadership within media, telecoms, streaming, or digital platforms.
Experience working with global, distributed engineering and delivery teams.
Strong customer-facing experience, including engagement with senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
Excellent understanding of programme governance, risk management, planning, and dependency management.
Fluent English is essential.
Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are required
Preferred Profile
Based in Brazil, ideally near Rio de Janeiro.
Experience working with LATAM-based customers and regional delivery environments.
Background in OTT, streaming, broadcast, or video technology ecosystems.
Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to operate in customer-facing delivery roles.
Experience or understanding of cloud-based, consumption-driven commercial models is highly advantageous.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a strong focus on outcomes
