Job Title: Director – Sales & Business Development (US) We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead growth across the US market, driving adoption of cutting-edge AI-driven language and video localisation solutions within the sports and media industries. This is a senior commercial role focused on building strategic partnerships, winning new enterprise clients, and expanding market presence across broadcasters, sports organisations, media platforms, studios, and content creators. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a US sales strategy across sports and media sectors
Identify, target, and close new enterprise business opportunities
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key industry decision-makers
Clearly articulate complex technology value propositions to commercial stakeholders
Consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets and growth KPIs
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into product and marketing teams
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless client delivery
About You
8–10+ years of sales experience, including significant exposure to sports and/or media industries
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value SaaS or technology deals
Strong existing network across sports leagues, broadcasters, media platforms, or studios
Deep understanding of media distribution, broadcasting, and fan engagement ecosystems
Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
