They are looking for a commercially driven, strategically minded Director of Product Management to lead this exciting next chapter of their business.
The Role You'll report directly to the CTO and be responsible for leading product management in 2 separate business units, steering product teams, and marketing.
You'll bring together customer insight, commercial modelling, and delivery capability to turn strategic vision into market-ready, money-making products.
You’ll be someone who thrives at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and delivery. You’re a translator between market opportunity and technical capability – a product leader who thinks like a GM.
You’ll need: - A strong track record in product leadership, ideally in media tech, broadcast.
- Deep commercial awareness and customer understanding.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams.
- High emotional intelligence, with integrity and authenticity in leadership.
- The ability to engage with C-suite, shareholders, and engineering in equal measure.
