�� The Role
You'll report directly to the CTO and be responsible for leading product management in 2 separate business units, steering product teams, and marketing.
  
You'll bring together customer insight, commercial modelling, and delivery capability to turn strategic vision into market-ready, money-making products.
  
You’ll be someone who thrives at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and delivery. You’re a translator between market opportunity and technical capability – a product leader who thinks like a GM.
  
✅ You’ll need:

• A strong track record in product leadership, ideally in media tech, broadcast.
• Deep commercial awareness and customer understanding.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams.
• High emotional intelligence, with integrity and authenticity in leadership.
• The ability to engage with C-suite, shareholders, and engineering in equal measure.
