Are you an experienced Youth Justice Practitioner looking for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a skilled practitioner to join its service, on a temporary basis.

Position: Youth Justice Practitioner
Location/Region: East of England
Pay Rate: £29.37 per hour

Purpose:
To work with young people involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, the youth justice system, providing support and interventions to address offending behaviour and reduce reoffending.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work directly with young people.
• Complete assessments and identify risks and needs.
• Develop and deliver intervention plans. 
• Support young people to address offending behaviour.
• Work with families and partner agencies
• Promote positive outcomes and reduce reoffending.  

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant youth justice experience.
• Experience working with vulnerable young people.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment. 
• Confident engaging with young people and families.
