Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Senior Fee Earner to join their team based in Lancashire. 

Position: Senior Fee Earner (Development)         
Rate: Competitive     
Location: Lancashire              
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Provide an excellent customer service by building and developing relationships with them. 
• Be a senior figure for other members of staff by providing support and supervision to them when needed. 
• Contribute to business planning and direction of Rural Business and Landed Estates sectors. 
• Negotiate and draft transactional paperwork, giving advice and guidance to clients.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Proven experience in representing clients within a property department advising role. 
• Track record of developing teams. 
• Strong IT skills. 
• Excellent client facing skills. 
• Previous background in business development activities.
