Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a car dealership, who are looking to recruit an IT Associate to join their team based in West London. 

Position: IT Associate  
Rate: Negotiable    
Location: West London   
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Give technical support to end-users. This will include troubleshooting network, software and hardware systems.
• Manage and set up user accounts, providing any support needed such as resetting passwords and configuring access permissions. 
• Work alongside the IT team to implement and improve new technologies and upgrades. 
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of computer systems and other IT related projects when needed. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 3-5 years of IT experience (Automotive industry preferred). 
• A degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Equivalent work experience also accepted). 
• Basic business analyst and project management skills. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SAP (desired). 
• Any related certification is also a bonus.
