JOB SUMMARY

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an effective first point of contact service for all customer queries

You will be maximising effective resolution of customer issues at first point of contact

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing a first point of contact for customers through a variety of channels, including, website, telephony, email, web chat, face to face interaction and social media 
• Record and distribute all incoming post to appropriate colleagues within the association, and arrange for all outgoing post to be printed and delivered daily 
• Continuously demonstrate excellent customer service, and keep tenants up to date with all areas of their home and tenancy where required
• Providing general administration support to all functional areas of the Operations Directorate

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience in a housing or similar customer focussed environment
• Experience of working in a call centre or front line services environment
