We are currently recruiting for HR Project Officer , on behalf of our client based in the London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 2 Months.

JOB DETAILS

PAY RATE: £24.24p/h Umbrella
WORK TYPE: Temporary
WORK PATTERN: Full Time / Part Time
LOCATION: London

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Devise and co-ordinate activity within the HR service to undertake HR projects.
Develop and undertake programmes of consultation on people management topics with key stakeholders.
To prepare and present reports including recommendations on outcomes of research, project plans and monitoring.
To plan the co-ordination and monitoring of the general HR work programme.
Undertake external research; collecting, evaluating and interpreting complex and varied sets of information on behalf of the HR service.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

Must have a CIPD qualification.
Must have knowledge of HR best practice, trends and legislation.
Experience working as an HR professional in a large complex organisation.
Experience delivering projects within an HR function.
Experience working within the public sector.
