At St Francis College OSHC, we provide Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for up to 60 children aged 5–13 years, supporting the families of our vibrant school community.
Located in the front hall building of St Francis College— our service is the perfect place to bring your creativity, passion, and energy to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Create fun, engaging and meaningful recreational and educational experiences
- Provide a safe, secure, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children
- Work collaboratively within a friendly, established team
- Engage in ongoing professional and personal development
- Promote the service within the local community in line with Catholic Early EdCare’s philosophy
What You’ll Need - Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – desirable
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for supporting school-aged children in a play-based environment
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and relevant legislation (or willingness to learn)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
