How will you make an impact
Drive market development activities, build a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, and ensure consistent execution of proposals and pitches across the FS portfolio.
Day to day you will:
- Develop and drive an annual strategic plan, translating vision into quarterly commercial targets, measurable outcomes, and disciplined follow‑through
- Apply a data‑driven, analytical approach to pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and commercial decision‑making, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Provide strategic direction for the Financial Services portfolio through leadership, collaboration, and engagement with customer team members to achieve CyberCX growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across major Financial Services accounts, positioning CyberCX as a trusted partner
- Actively drive multi-practice collaboration across CyberCX to ensure cohesive engagement, high-quality client outcomes, and alignment of sales strategies
- Lead the identification and qualification of new business opportunities across banking, superannuation, and insurance clients
- Coordinate and oversee the development of tailored proposals, pitch materials, and deal strategies to support consistent, high-quality client engagements
- Manage and track the FS sales pipeline, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and momentum across all stages of the deal lifecycle
- Facilitate and lead internal and client-facing briefings to convert opportunities into actionable engagements
- Provide informed, impactful advice to senior client stakeholders, including C‑suite and executive leaders, on cyber security challenges and strategic priorities
Skills & Qualifications - A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account leadership within Financial Services, technology, or professional services
- Demonstrated success in selling into major banks, superannuation funds, or insurance organisations.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services industry dynamics, regulatory drivers, and cyber security challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Proven experience coordinating complex proposals, pitches, and multi-practice deal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure scalable, repeatable sales processes
- Experience developing and executing successful strategies to grow large accounts and penetrate new business areas
