How you will make an impact
In this role, you will work with our team and customers to deliver cloud security services in line with agreed scope, CyberCX standards and relevant industry standards and frameworks. You will play an important role in delivering strong customer outcomes, contributing your expertise while continuing to develop your skills in a supportive, high-performing environment.
Day to day you will:
- Deliver standard client engagements and support more complex cloud security engagements
- Contribute to engagement planning, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, delivery management and quality assurance
- Prepare and present customer findings and recommendations with confidence and clarity
- Support internal research and development, capability uplift, innovation and process improvement initiatives, with guidance from senior team members where needed
- Contribute to the growth of customer relationships through direct customer support and collaboration with Customer Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing teams
Skills & Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of information / cyber security projects and challenges
- Direct experience with and exposure to cloud technologies and platforms, as well as general understanding of cloud security principles and practices
- Ideally working towards one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI)
- Cloud security certification and/or cloud vendor certifications preferred
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
