About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand commercial drivers, translate financial data into actionable insights, and support better business decisions.
You’ll play an important role in improving the way our finance and operational teams work, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and integrate processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.
The role also contributes to budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities, while providing guidance, training and mentoring to members of the Planning & Reporting team.
About You
You’ll bring strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders and turn financial information into meaningful business insights.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
- The ability to interpret and communicate financial and commercial insights to decision makers
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of business analysis concepts and experience with reporting and BI tools such as SAP BI and/or Power BI
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
