About the Role
Reporting to the National Manager Operations, the Regional Travel Leader plays a dual leadership role across operational delivery and people development.
The role is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Senior Travel Specialists and Travel Specialists, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality and high performance service standards across both Entertainment & Sport verticals.
In addition to people leadership, the role maintains ownership of a portfolio of key projects and clients, operating at a senior level to manage complex travel logistics and ensure successful project delivery from planning through to completion.
A defining component of the role is leading and representing the VIP "signature service" for Show Group. This includes setting the benchmark for high-touch, high-value service delivery, managing premium clients and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest level of attention to detail, discretion and professionalism.
The role acts as a bridge between frontline delivery and operational leadership, ensuring that best practice, knowledge sharing and commercial discipline are consistently applied across the team.
Working in project-based travel does not always follow a standard 9-5 structure. Flexibility is required to meet customer demands and production schedules, including periods of high intensity and time-sensitive delivery.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
This role is best suited to a highly experienced travel professional who combines strong leadership capability with elite-level project delivery experience.
