Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Tonsley, South Australia
Salary: $80,000 + super
Work Set-up: On-site, Full-time
 
About the Role:
We are looking for Electronics Assemblers who are passionate about precision and quality. You will play a hands-on role in assembling and testing components that power advanced aerospace and defence technology systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, solder, and wire electronic components and sub-assemblies
• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure compliance with specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet project requirements
• Maintain accurate assembly and test records

Qualifications:

• Background in electronics assembly or production
• Strong soldering and wiring skills
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings/schematics
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or high-tech manufacturing (desirable)

Job Title: Composite Hand
Location: Tonsley, South Australia
Salary: $75,000 + superannuation
Work Set-up: On-site, Full-time
 
About the Role: We are seeking a Composite Hand to assist with mechanical and electronic assembly activities across various internal programs. This is a practical, workshop-focused role supporting the entire manufacturing workflow — from raw materials through to final component production — at our state-of-the-art Adelaide facility.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform composite lay-ups, trimming, and finishing processes
• Support all tasks associated with composite production
• Prepare moulds, tooling, and components for manufacturing
• Conduct visual inspections and verify part quality
• Safely utilise basic hand tools and power tools
• Adhere to production plans, documented instructions, and safety procedures
• Work effectively alongside technicians, engineers, and wider production teams
• Carry out general workshop and assembly tasks as needed
• Work with twill, double-bias, and unidirectional carbon fibre for wet laminating, including structural core integration
• Demonstrated knowledge of breather consumables and vacuum bagging techniques
• Sanding, trimming, and finishing parts to required tolerances
• Experience with structural fillers, paint, Spabond, mould release agents, and industrial adhesives
• Ability to gain NV1 security clearance

Qualification: To excel in this role, you will have:

• Previous practical experience in composite manufacturing or similar production work
• Understanding of composite materials and fabrication techniques
• Capability to follow detailed instructions, drawings, and technical documentation

Job Title: Fabricator / Wing Assembly

About the Role: 
We are seeking a Fabricator / Wing Assembly professional to join a high-performing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for fabricating, forming, and assembling sheet metal components with precision and care. Working from detailed technical drawings, you will operate a variety of fabrication tools and machinery to deliver components to exacting specifications. 
 
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and an eagerness to learn new fabrication techniques.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and fabricate components from technical drawings, work orders, and job cards.
• Operate fabrication tools such as shears, rollers, riveters, and hand forming tools.
• Learn and operate machines such as press brake, waterjet cutter, and lathe, including setup and programming.
• Work with aluminium, stainless steel, chrome moley carbon steel tubes, plates and extruded sections and other alloys. Tig and mig welding light to very light gauge metals to very high standards and tolerances.
• Perform drilling, deburring, edge preparation, and precision trimming.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, identifying issues and providing process feedback.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, perform self-inspections, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Essential:

• Previous experience as a Sheetmetal Fabricator in manufacturing, precision fabrication, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with sheet metal tools and forming processes.
• Willingness to learn operation and setup of machines such as press brake, waterjet cutter, and lathe.

Preferred:

• Experience in aircraft structures, jigs, tooling, or high-precision fabrication.
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of manual fabrication tasks.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.

Desirable Certifications:

• Trade qualification in fabrication or mechanical fields (not mandatory).
• Technical training or machine operation certifications (advantageous).

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain precision fabrication equipment including milling machines, bending machines, and waterjet cutting systems. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, setting up machinery, and producing high-quality components to exact specifications. This role is hands-on and requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-driven environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC/manual milling machines, press brakes, and waterjet cutting systems.
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD outputs, and job cards to plan machining sequences.
• Measure, inspect, and ensure dimensional accuracy of all components.
• Perform daily checks, maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with machinists, fabricators, and production staff to meet targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment.

Qualifications:

• Trade qualification or Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Machining or Fabrication).
• Proven experience with CNC milling, bending, and/or waterjet cutting machinery.
• Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Experience within manufacturing, sheet metal, or aerospace/defence industries (preferred).
• Proficient in using measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges).
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Hand to support day-to-day operations at our client's industrial site. You will ensure that buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to a high standard, safe, and fully functional. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with practical maintenance skills and a strong focus on workplace safety.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and upkeep.
• Support external contractors with site access and coordination.
• Monitor and report hazards or maintenance issues to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain basic facilities inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Provide ad hoc operational support, such as moving equipment or preparing work areas.
