Job Title: Junior Precision CNC Machinist 
Location: Lonsdale, SA
Salary: Competitive entry-level package (based on experience)
Work Set-up: Full-time | Day Shift | On-site | Flexible Working Hours

About the Role:
This role is perfect for junior CNC machinists or recent apprentices who are eager to develop their skills in CNC lathes and milling machines (3, 4, 5-axis).

You will gain hands-on experience producing high-precision components, learning from experienced machinists, and contributing to a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines under guidance
• Learn to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Participate in the machining of precision components to required tolerances
• Follow quality and safety procedures at all times
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop skills to operate CNC machines autonomously over time

Qualifications:

• Trade qualification or recently completed apprenticeship in CNC machining or related discipline
• Exposure to CNC Lathes and 3, 4, or 5-Axis CNC Milling Machines
• Interest in working with materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, and Stainless Steel
• Willingness to learn and follow engineering drawings and specifications
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and punctual
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
