Join a growing defence engineering team in Sydney where your work directly impacts the performance and reliability of advanced technologies in real-world environments.

As the V&V Lead, you’ll shape how systems are tested, proven, and delivered.

Due to the nature of the work, Australian Citizenship is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver system & subsystem V&V strategies
• Execute testing across products and systems
• Maintain V&V documentation and reporting
• Improve test processes and drive automation
• Coordinate customer-facing test activities
• Support bids, proposals, and project planning
• Lead, mentor, and allocate V&V team resources
• Drive continuous improvement across V&V functions

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in system testing, 3+ years in V&V leadership
• Strong system testing and V&V methodology knowledge
• Experience with test planning, execution, and process improvement
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Linux/Windows, Git, Jira, and similar tools
• Experience managing a small team of test engineers
• Relevant degree qualification

Nice to Have

• C/C++ experience
• Defence project exposure
• NV1 clearance eligibility

The role is onsite in the Sydney office.
