The Compensation Advocate provides advice and assistance directly to our members, their families and the wider military community in relation to a range of claims and appeals matters with the Departments of Veterans Affairs as well as responsive immediate welfare support. 

Key responsibilities of the Compensation Advocate (T/L1) role based in our Stafford centre include (though not limited to):

• Preparing and submitting compensation claims under supervision.
• Working within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
• Case Coordination - managing and updating client files using record management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Your complex problem-solving abilities and proven experience in learning, interpreting and applying complex legislation will make your application competitive. If you bring effective case management skills in a high-volume work environment, even better.
