Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a
Logistics Storeperson to join our engineering support team in
Cairns, QLD. This role supports aircraft maintenance operations by managing tooling, freight, and stock movement in a controlled environment. Candidates must be reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a structured, aviation-regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities - Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch aircraft parts, tools, and materials
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse and ERP systems
- Oversee the shipping and transfer of company tooling between bases
- Coordinate movement of parts and freight to meet aircraft maintenance schedules
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and stock control standards
- Apply sound decision-making and organisational skills to daily logistics tasks

Essential Requirements While not all are essential, the following qualifications and experience are preferred:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment
- Understanding of aircraft line/ramp or heavy maintenance operations
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance documentation or planning processes
- Current Forklift Licence
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Red ASIC (preferred but not essential – can be arranged)
