About the Role - Senior Property Manager: 

As the Senior Property Manager at Assemble Sydney, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of one of Melbourne's most exciting Build-to-Rent communities, creating an exceptional experience for residents while driving operational excellence and commercial success.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced property professional who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating vibrant communities and continually looking for ways to elevate the resident experience.

Here's What You'll Do: 

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Assemble Sydney, ensuring the property is presented to the highest standard.
• Inspire, mentor and support the onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
• Drive leasing performance, occupancy and resident retention through a customer-first approach.
• Monitor budgets, reporting and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and asset performance.
• Manage lease administration, arrears, rent reviews and tenancy matters in line with Victorian legislation.

About You: 

You're an experienced property professional who thrives on leading people, building relationships and creating communities where residents genuinely love to live. A natural leader with a customer-first mindset, you're equally comfortable driving operational excellence, delivering commercial outcomes and mentoring a high-performing team.

To succeed in this role, you will bring: 

• Demonstrated experience in senior property management, Build-to-Rent, residential leasing or a similar leadership role.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate Practice or Estate Agent's Licence
• Unrestricted working rights & Valid National Police Check.
