Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and business development
Bookkeeping and invoicing
Preparing and sending invoices
Drafting and distributing floor communications and correspondence
Event coordination and management
Diary and schedule management
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a junior clerk or legal admin role
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ambitious, detail oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, who thrives in a team environment. Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
