About the role
In this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and office support. 
  
The successful candidate will benefit from working in a recently renovated office space and impressive reception area. This role will suit candidates who enjoy being the first point of contact with an outgoing and professional demeanour.  
  
Your daily responsibilities will include:   

• Responding to incoming calls and direct messages in a clear and professional manner
• Welcoming clients and external visitors and coordinate visitors from other offices
• Managing temporary access passes as required
• Working collaboratively with receptionists in other offices to ensure appropriate cover and a nationally consistent approach
• Booking of couriers and coordinate incoming deliveries
• General diary management including meeting room bookings and ensuring meeting rooms are well maintained
• Working closely with our Catering and Marketing teams to ensure office events are coordinated effectively
• Supporting Business Services with data entry as required
• Engaging with suppliers and contractors.

About you
You will have prior experience in reception, ideally from a legal or professional services environment with a can-do, positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting teams and developing new skills.
  
You will also possess the following attributes/ skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to foster positive working relationships
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• A keen eye for detail, strong sense of initiative and problem solving
• Active team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasks
• A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for desired outcomes
• Sound judgement, uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriately
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
