About the role
In this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and office support.
The successful candidate will benefit from working in a recently renovated office space and impressive reception area.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls and direct messages in a clear and professional manner
- Welcoming clients and external visitors and coordinate visitors from other offices
- Managed temporary access passes as required
- Maintaining contact with receptionists in other offices to ensure cover and a nationally consistent approach
- Booking of couriers and coordinate incoming deliveries
- Managing meeting room bookings and general diary management
- Work closely with our Catering and Marketing teams to ensure office events are coordinated effectively.
- Ensure meeting rooms are well maintained.
- Support Business Services with data entry as required.
- Engaging with suppliers and contractor
About youYou will have prior experience in reception, ideally from a legal or professional services environment.
You will also possess the following attributes/ skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to foster positive working relationships
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to adapt to changing environments and priorities
- A keen eye for detail, strong sense of initiative and problem solving
- Active team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasks
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for desired outcomes
- Sound judgement, uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriately
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
