With the full backing of the exec team and reporting straight to the COO, you’ll have the freedom to set the vision, dream big, build bigger, and deliver world-class results - turning every single touchpoint of the customer experience into a genuine
“wow” moment along the way.
You won’t just lead the CS team here - you’ll own the entire customer journey. From the moment the contract ink dries, through onboarding, professional services projects, technical solutions, support, and beyond… this isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about building, leading, and elevating.
Here’s the vibe:
Lead & Coach: Step up to lead a tight-knit team (three direct reports to start, with plenty of room to grow). Run EOS Level 10 meetings like a pro, keep metrics, rocks, and actions laser-focused - and always, always keep customers at the heart of it all.
Build & Scale: Design frictionless processes that cut through the chaos, empower your team, and deliver seamless experiences customers can’t stop raving about.
Bridge the Gap: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to turn feedback into features, pain points into solutions, and projects into success stories worth sharing.
Measure What Matters: Define KPIs around retention, SLAs, NPS, and project health - then dive deep into the data to spotlight what truly moves the needle.
And while you won’t be writing code (obviously!), you’re comfy speaking the language - APIs, integrations, troubleshooting.. You know how to talk shop with customers and the product + engineering teams alike.
Your mission? Take a growing CS function and supercharge it into a SaaS success engine that sets the bar for the entire industry.
You Are… - A seasoned CS superstar - 5-10+ years owning the customer success game, with a track record of leading teams to real wins. SaaS or startup stripes? Massive bonus.
- Master of complex, regulated spaces - Payments, fintech, pro services… you know the drill. You thrive where the stakes are high, the rules are strict, and compliance never slows you down.
- Tech-curious at heart - APIs, integrations, technical solutions… you’re not the one coding, but you speak the language and get it.
- Customer-obsessed + operationally sharp - You live for standout customer experiences and seamless execution behind the scenes.
- Project management pro - Deadlines, KPIs, processes… you keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- Cross-functional collaborator - Product, Growth, Engineering.. you work hand-in-hand to build scalable, customer-first solutions that actually stick.
- Bringer of builder energy - Thriving in high-growth chaos, creating structure and scale from scratch is your superpower.
- Bonus points if you speak EOS or Winning by Design (or willing to learn fast!).
