The GiG
We’re after a Paid Media Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience. You’ve probably spent the last couple of years in #agencyland building paid media strategies, executing campaigns, and driving performance that turns heads.
You’ve worked with brands who get paid media. Clients with big ambitions, big budgets, and an even bigger appetite for performance marketing that actually moves the needle. And you? You deliver.
You’re a full-stack paid media pro. Strategy? That’s your jam. Implementation? You’re comfortable in the weeds - optimising, experimenting, and driving results that make clients swoon. And this role? It’s got room for you to seriously level up.
We’re not looking for someone to just tick boxes. We want someone obsessed with quality over quantity. Someone fluent across platforms. Someone who builds campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
Your sweet spot? Paid Social ( a non-negotiable) + Paid Search. Bonus points if you bring Programmatic chops too - but if not, no drama. A hunger to learn goes a long way here.
