The role;

Based in Hazelmere, you'll join a team of 4 Customer Service Officers, reporting to the Office Manager. Your role focuses on providing administrative support and managing bookings for domestic and commercial pest management while liaising directly with clients.
This permanent full-time role will include the following duties:

• Manage bookings to ensure smooth scheduling and client satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate job orders to support efficient operations.
• Create quotes and coordinate schedules to meet client needs.
• Distribute work orders to Technicians and follow up on incomplete jobs.
• Maintain accurate data and keep workflow schedules up to date.
• Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with clients.

Requires;

• Previous administration and customer service experience (highly desirable)
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and Microsoft Office
