This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile contracts in Tooting. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday split shift as part of a large maintenance team undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response on site.

Duties

• PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps – bearings, mechanical seals
• Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
• Cooling towers
• Tap temperatures
• Chilled water systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS operation
• CRAC units
• Motors

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Apprentice trained – desirable
• Building services maintenance experience
• Very client-facing

Package

• £45,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, Split shift 7am - 4pm, 10am - 7pm
• 25 days holiday
