A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a large and renowned building services provider working on a mobile basis across London and surrounding areas. The Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer will be working on commercial sites such as offices, retail stores, banks etc, as well as some high-end residential properties, carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, service and repairs of commercial boilers / combustion systems and appliances. The commercial gas engineer MUST hold in date ACS commercial and domestic gas qualifications. 

Duties

• To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial Boilers 
• Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in boilers / burners, water heaters and any other associated plant / components
• Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
• Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times

Requirements

• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications
• COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA, CORT1, TPCP1, ICPN
• Experience in either service and repair of commercial gas boilers / heating systems
• A strong proven engineering background within the combustion / boiler industry maintenance
• Field based service engineer experience
• Working to health and safety requirements
• Previous experience with a range of boiler and burner manufacturers
• Knowledge of steam, hot water and thermal oil boiler plant and digital combustion control
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary and Benefits

• £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary depending on experience
