Electrical Supervisor

A new opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join our client's team in the City of London.

This is a 50/50 split being on/off the tools Electrical Supervisor position and is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Engineer/Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

Electrical Supervisor Duties:

• Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
• Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
• Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
• Supporting the wider building services team as required.

Key Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.
• Professional, personable, and career-driven.

Salary and Package:

• £60,000 per annum 
• Monday - Friday,  8am - 5pm
• On-going progression and training provided
• Plenty of overtime
