This is a unique opportunity for someone working in the Refrigeration sector who is tired of doing a mobile position and would like to move into a static opportunity. We’re partnered with a leading refrigeration firm who are looking to add a Static Refrigeration Supervisor to their team to work on a commercial site located in Mayfair. 

The working hours for this position are a continental day's & night's.

Key duties:

• Provide technical and practical support to a 24/7 team of engineers.
• Manage daily service operations and staff within the building.
• Ensure site Health & Safety compliance.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with contracted customers.
• Recruit and support Service Engineering personnel.
• Collaborate with the Projects Business Unit.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., logbooks etc)
• Ensure all engineering processes and decisions are properly recorded.
• Manage client relationships and provide updates on key jobs, risks, and issues.
• Work with office teams to meet KPI targets for PPMs and reactive work.
• Prepare technical reports when required.
• Promote ongoing team training and skills development.
• Drive process improvements and introduce new tools and technologies.
• Convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stock levels.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising service operations with Refrigeration.
• Confident in client interaction and providing technical guidance.
• Strong technical understanding of RAC systems and equipment.
• Solid commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively to meet targets and objectives.
• City & Guilds 2078 / 2079 F-Gas Refrigerant Handling
• City & Guilds 207 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• NVQ1, 2 & 3 - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Salary and Package:

• £55,000 - £58,000 per annum 
• Continental Day's & Night's shift
