About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Planning Intern to join our team during the Summer Holidays at the end of 2026.
Are you curious, analytical and eager to see how data and processes drive effective decision-making in a business environment?
This Planning Internship offers hands-on experience in scheduling, forecasting, and coordinating resources to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work alongside experienced planners and gain exposure to the systems, processes, and decisions that support efficient operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, understand business planning, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced team environment.
What you’ll do: - Support production scheduling, demand forecasting and inventory planning using enterprise ERP and planning tools.
- Analyse data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support operational decisions.
- Coordinate across teams, including operations, procurement and finance, to align resources with business priorities.
- Assist in optimizing schedules and resource allocation to improve efficiency.
- Learn planning best practices, process improvement technique and how data informs business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior planners and gain mentorship in a supportive team environment.
Who we’re looking for: - A curious and proactive learner who enjoys working with data and solving problems
- Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, ERP systems, or planning software
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with different teams
- Eager to contribute ideas, ask questions, and take initiative

Mandatory Requirements: - Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
