This large industry leading company is searching for a highly motivated Tax Associate!
  
This is your chance to work with a dynamic team, gain exposure to complex tax issues, and contribute to strategic projects that make an impact.
  
What You’ll Do

• Prepare tax work papers for federal, state, and international income tax returns
• Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP.
• Tax planning
• Tax research and audit support
• Participate in M&A and special projects.

  
What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred, MST a plus.
• 1+ years of public accounting (any size firm) or corporate tax experience.
• Exposure to ASC 740, U.S. Federal and state tax rules.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to Tax software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
