The Assistant Controller is a newly created position designed to support a growing team!
  
The position reports directly to a fantastic Controller who is being groomed for CFO which leaves another eminent promotion to Controller in site for the winning candidate.

The Assistant Controller will enjoy a seat at the table participating in:

• Monthly Close
• Financial Reporting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Expansion Strategy
• Implementation of KPI's and Performance Dashboards
• Supervision of the growing Accounting Operations Team

  
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ Years of Experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Construction experience preferred
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
