POSITION OVERVIEW
 
Our client, a prominent Mid Atlantic law firm, seeks an experienced Healthcare Transactional Attorney. 

You will have at least 3 years of experience with a particular strength in transactional work, regulatory due diligence, and contracting.

The role can be ASSOCIATE, COUNSEL or JUNIOR PARTNER.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• JD from an accredited law school and be MD or DC barred; VA bar is a plus.
• Regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, contracts and transactions.
• Drafting documents, conducting due diligence, regulatory compliance, employment agreements, etc.
• Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement, HIPAA.
