Requirements:

• Extensive military experience in warfighting roles, with a strong understanding of operational employment and tactical execution. (M)
• Extensive experience leading or contributing to the planning and execution of joint exercises and operational missions within a multi domain or joint (M)
• Robust understanding of strategic and operational objectives, with a proven ability to distil complex guidance into clear, actionable tactical tasks and (M)
• Established subject matter expert in live training domains across maritime, land and air with the ability to work in joint and multi (M)
• Ability to work independently with strategic guidance and produce (M)
• Ability to deliver collegiate outcomes across board ADF Stakeholder organisations (M)  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts confidently, clearly, and persuasively across diverse audiences. (M)
