Our client in Canberra seeks the services of DSS L3 Software Systems Engineer with NV1 clearance.

Requirements of the Role: Tasks include, but may not be limited to:
Supporting the Planning and Execution of the project Engineering Program
Participating in engineering engagement with Industry as part of a holistic contract management approach
Conducting requirements and specification development
Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders
Participating in Industry lead Sprint Planning, SCRUMs and/or other Agile like fora
Developing engineering advice to Project Leadership on the Engineering Program
Development of briefings and other formal correspondence to project/program leadership
Review for acceptance of contract deliverables
Supporting or executing whole of system level certification activities
Providing mentoring to junior engineers
Essential Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (or Engineers Australia recognised equivalent)
AQF Level 6 equivalent or above software development qualifications
Highly Desirable:
Formal qualifications in Communications, or other technology specifically relevant to tactical data links
Postgraduate qualification(s) in a relevant field
Additional Criteria:
DSS - 2.3 Systems and Software Engineering - Software Engineering - L3
SFIA Skill Code - Systems and software lifecycle engineering SLEN - L4
