Our client in Canberra seeks the services of DSS L3 Finance Manager with NV1 clearance.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities
Experience in complex Defence projects, within a finance and/or cost management role.
Strong ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships, including communicating with influence.
Proven capability to analyse financial data and provide strategic advice to senior decision-makers, including identifying and articulating risks.
Experience in cost estimation, cost analysis, and cost validation.
Ability to solve complex problems and actively manage issues to support capability delivery, with an understanding of technical and operational requirements.
A demonstrated ability to show initiative and work autonomously.
Experience/Skills Sought:
5+ years' experience in finance, commercial, or cost management roles.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proven experience in managing various stakeholder equities.
Deep understanding of the programmatic and strategic environment.
Experience working within Defence (finance, projects, or commercial environments).
Strong understanding of Defence processes and organisational structures.
Knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (formerly Capability Life Cycle Framework).
