Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L2 Program Support Officer with NV1 clearance.

Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
Length of Contract: 13 months
The role closes on 24/04/2026
Responsibilities:
Planning and coordination of program meetings and other activities
Creating, maintaining, recording and archiving high-quality project artefacts such as agendas, minutes, schedules, progress reports, and risk and opportunity registers
Ensuring implementation of ADF, Army and LNIC policies and practices
Support of maintaining budget and tracking of expenditures
Management of PMO communications including scribing and records management
Schedule and organise meetings, maintain agenda and produce minutes/ actions
Assist LCS Program Management Officer
Qualification:
A minimum of 5 years of Industry experience in Project Management in order to meet the Level 2 DSS panel requirements.
Highly Desirable:
LCS Program Support Officer has extensive (greater than twelve years) experience in project/ program support, preferably within secure ICT systems in the Defence domain.
Desirable Criteria:
A detailed understanding of the One Defence Capability System policy and processes
High order organisational, oral and written communications skills
High order stakeholder management skills (internal and cross-organisation)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Delivering within the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act
Budgeting, planning, and reporting experience
