Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 - Cloud Solutions Architect with Baseline clearance.

Key duties and responsibilities
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer or Solution Architect, preferably within a federal government department.
Solid expertise in developing high level and detailed design solutions for Azure based applications.
Demonstrated experience in the development of Azure DevOps pipelines.
Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with Azure Virtual network configuration including hybrid network architecture, and cloud native web ingress patterns.
Familiar with cyber security controls (ISM), OWASP and Essential 8 controls within federal government departments.
Detailed technical knowledge of the Azure cloud platform.
Ability to work independently, build productive relationships and liaise with stakeholders (including business users, development teams, cloud engineers, cyber security experts and enterprise architects).
Strong communications skills and ability to convert business requirement into detailed design solutions using concise language, diagrams and accurate technical details.
Essential criteria
Demonstrated experience in understanding business requirements and solutioning designs for Azure based cloud environments into HLD and DLD as well as reusable architecture patterns
Experience implementing and administering Azure cloud services. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Azure DevOps highly regarded
Ability to build productive relationships and work with stakeholders including enterprise architecture groups, cyber security teams, and cloud operations to secure design approval
Demonstrated experience applying information security concepts and best practices including Information Security Manual (ISM)
Desirable criteria
Experience with a broad range of cloud technologies including Azure AI, ML and Cognitive services, Data Solutions, DevOps, CI/CD, Integration solutions, and API/Services Oriented Architecture
Ability to work with limited guidance in an Agile environment
