Deliverables:

• The successful supplier will provide an embedded workforce intelligence resource to support and its ongoing operations. Services will contribute to both strategic deliverables and enabling tasks.
• Specified personnel will be required to provide ongoing services, including, but not limited to the below:
• Developing placement and posting pathways and support mechanisms for inbound and outbound personnel;
• Developing frameworks and documentation to enable governance, reporting, and performance monitoring;
• Supporting knowledge management and transfer concept development;
• Developing placemats and dashboards for real-time visibility of the international placement program.
