Roles and Responsibilities:

• Governance activities:
  
  1. Coordinate Product Status Reports.
• Risk management:
  
  1. Work with Risk Manager 
  2. Coordinate to identify and manage risks as appropriate in Predict.
  3. Review and maintain currency of risks in Predict in collaboration with Risk Responsible Owners.
• Secretariat activities:
  
  1. Manage Governance Framework.
  2. Collaborate to develop Board presentation packs and associated briefs.
  3. Record and disseminate Board minutes when required.
  4. Facilitate Board activities.
  5. Develop and update Board Terms of References.

• SFIA Skill Code - Business situation analysis (BUSA) - L4
