Quality & Compliance Advisor

This role works closely with operational and frontline teams to support quality, compliance and continuous improvement across community aged care services. The position is suited to someone who enjoys building strong working relationships, supporting teams on a day-to-day basis and taking a practical approach to quality within an operational environment.

The role offers exposure across community aged care and would suit someone with a genuine interest in supporting service quality, compliance outcomes and operational best practice.

The role

• Support operational teams with compliance, quality and legislative requirements
• Assist with incident management, complaints, audits and continuous improvement activities
• Conduct reviews and identify areas for operational improvement
• Support implementation and monitoring of quality and risk processes
• Work closely with managers and frontline teams supporting community-based services
• Reporting into an experienced senior governance leader
• No direct reports

About you

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience within quality/compliance roles within community aged care
• Strong background within community aged care essential
• Disability/NDIS exposure highly regarded
• Open to both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds
• Strong understanding of incidents, audits, compliance processes and continuous improvement
• Confident building relationships and working collaboratively with operational teams
