Located in Abbotsbury NSW 2176, Novella On The Park is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a permanent full-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative and office operations and supporting the efficient day-to-day functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating day-to-day office and administrative operations.
• Organising office procedures, administrative systems and workflows.
• Coordinating correspondence, records, documentation and filing systems.
• Managing office supplies and coordinating administrative resources.
• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of business records and reports.
• Liaising with management, staff, clients and external service providers as required.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and other administrative arrangements.
• Monitoring administrative processes and identifying opportunities to improve office efficiency.
• Ensuring records and confidential information are maintained accurately and appropriately.
• Supporting management with general administrative and operational requirements.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience coordinating office procedures and day-to-day administrative activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Competent computer and office software skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.

Employment Details Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: AUD $70,000 – $95,000 per annum
